From Porticello to Milwaukee
Born in the vibrant fishing harbor of Porticello, Sicily, Chef Peter Carini brought his cherished family recipes across the sea. For nearly three decades, Carini's La Conca D'Oro has stood as Milwaukee’s premiere destination for rustic Southern Italian hospitality.
Every dish reflects an uncompromising devotion to tradition: imported cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, handmade pasta doughs, and fresh seafood seasoned with coastal Sicilian herbs.
